блок управления отчетом
Описывает условия создания отчетов на основании параметров, заданных клиентом. Выдача отчетов может быть запущена при изменении значений технологических данных (например, изменение состояния или выход из зоны нечувствительности) или при изменении качества. Рассылка отчетов может быть выполнена немедленно или может быть отсрочена. Отчеты обеспечивают обмен информацией по изменению состояния и по последовательности событий.

Передача событий в МЭК 61850 осуществляется с помощью механизма отчѐтов (report). Передача отчетов управляется блоком управления отчѐтами (report control block). Он позволяет настраивать формат отчѐтов, включать/выключать передачу, запрашивать передачу общего опроса (general interrogation) и т. д.
Отчѐты могут быть буферизированными (buffered report control block - BRCB) или небуферизированными (unbuffered report control block - URCB). Блоку управления отчѐтами сопоставляется набор данных (dataset). Этот набор данных определяет список сигналов, для которых генерируются события. Так как модель данных имеет иерархическую структуру, в наборы данных можно добавлять элементы разной степени вложенности.
